We are trying to get one that can display and say Korean, but I don’t know if the normal GPSs have Asian languages on them, or if I have to buy one that specifically says, “Garmin Nuvi GPS Navigator ASIAN”.

Go straight to the Garmin web site. It’s got all that info you need and you can ask questions if they don’t.
I was poking around Garmin’s site and I found a relevant Q&A in the knowledgebase:
“Q. What Asian American units does Garmin currently offer?
A. All current Garmin devices have the capability to display Asian text and announce turn by turn directions in Asian languages.
The five languages offered on these units are:
Mandarin Chinese
Japanese
Korean
Thai
Taiwanese”
The only lingering uncertainty is that the FAQ was last updated 8/20/09, but I’m not sure when the Garmin stopped producing the Nuvi 250s in favor of the 255s. But since the FAQ suggests that Korean language support is nearly ubiquitous across the Garmin product line, it sounds like the Garmin Nuvi 250 should be a safe bet.
The link to that FAQ is http://www.garmin.com/garmin/c.....918B9CE286 if you want to check it out for yourself. (I don’t think you’d get the whole URL if I pasted it in as a source, so I’ll paste it in up here.)
Edit: Whoops, looks like part of the URL still got cut off. You can get to the FAQ this way:
1. Go to www.garmin.com
2. Hover over ‘Support’ to get the drop-down menu then select Search Support.
3. I simply put ‘korean’ in the search terms and hit ‘Search.’ The FAQ was the 2nd one in the results.
